Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations of properties for our established base of clients.
Value all types of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Prepare valuation reports, conduct outdoor site inspections, and liaise with clients and other relevant parties.
Analyze market trends, property data, and comparable sales to determine accurate property values.

Requirements:

Diploma holder in Valuation/Property Management/Land Management/Real Estate or equivalent.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Required skill(s): Bahasa Malaysia and good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferably candidates with at least 1-year working experience in the same field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel extensively.
