Develop proposals, focal point between internal stakeholders and clients.
Essential Responsibilities:-
Compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer.
Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices.
Application of Bank Guarantee/Bid Bonds.
Interacting with customers for tender clarifications.
Coordinate and collaborate across several functional groups - sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Years of experience: 0 - 5 Years
Soft Skills: Good command of computer
Tools or Software (Required): MS Office, Salesforce
Education Qualifications: High school, diploma or any technical degree.
Industry Background or Experience (Required): Preferably Oil and Gas (field and workshop)
Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Good communication skills, strong oral and written communication skills
Able to work in independently and also a good team player
Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly

Pay: RM1,582.35 - RM12,351.77 per month
