Work you\'ll do

Be part of the Deloitte Consulting\'s Southeast (SEA) Sales & Pursuit Excellence team in providing behind the scenes support to our project team in activities such as

• Crafting winning strategy and approach, together with the pursuit team, that entails creative content development process, bringing added value and uplift eminence based on targeted narrative development.

• Supporting proposal writing, development and review including

o Participating in writing winning bid strategy and proposal development for SEA clients
o Providing support to create the right messaging and storytelling to support a well-rounded, appealing proposal and presentation for SEA clients
o Synthesise Win Themes and Differentiators that speak to clients that are impactful and memorable in proposal executive summary
o Combining contents provided by pursuit team and other relevant sources into one document the proposal that is relevant to client\'s problem statements and help the team to turning the document into a powerful, homogenous document (\xe2\x80\x9cone voice editing\xe2\x80\x9d)
o Researching facts and figures from Deloitte\'s knowledge base as part of the effort

• Developing knowledge assets which includes creating creative collaterals, capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing the information as usable reference for future pursuits

If you are someone with:

• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Able to multitask and manage work across multiple streams
• Have a degree in Communications Design, Journalism or related study areas
• Some experience in Business Development, Marketing, Communication, Marketing, or Publishing or Business Development is preferred
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Products, especially MS PowerPointWord, other packages are a plus
• Excellent knowledge in typography, layout and information design
• Precision, speed and the ability to finish high-quality products under time pressure and to create creative, appealing and meaningful documents. Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English Language in reading and writing. Proficiency in other SEA countries languages is a plus.
