To assist, Manager, Compliance Department on the following

Ariani, Ariani RTW, Hajra & Prima Valet

Preparing weekly reports on stock transfer status summary for all brands. Following up with teh respective admin and/or Manager of the outlets for all brands on the status of stock transfer and to ensure that all DOs are closed within ther stipulated time frame. Liaising with inventory clerk in JWDC, Semenyih on the discrepancy DO for all brand and to ensure all criteria are met and resolved within the stipulated time frame. Monitoring and highlighting teh negative stock in JPOS system for all brands To ensure all reports are properly kept and maintained. To prepare a monthly Summary Report for submission to the Management

Jakel Mall Warehouse & Jakel Online

Monitoring reports produced by Jakel Mall Warehouse & Jakel Online are in a timely manner. Preparing weekly reports on the stock transfer summary. Liaising with the admin one the stock transfer and to ensure that all DOs are closed within the stipulated time frame To assist in developing the Standard Operationg Procedure of Jakel Online.

Stock Count for Ariani and RTW

To assist in reviewing and improving the existing Standard Operating Procedures for Ariani and RTW To attend the stock count conducted by an external party (if needed) To assist in the preparation of site visits reports conducted by Compliance Department.

General

To assist in any task or special project instructed by the Management from time to time

Requirement

Will be provided allowance RM500 Able to use Ms Office Able to use Power BI. Able to use ChatGPT

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
