Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in handling
daily administrative tasks
and office coordination.
Support documentation processes including
filing, data entry, record keeping
, and document control.
Assist in preparing
letters, reports, and internal documents
as required.
Manage and monitor
office supplies, pantry stock, and inventory
, including usage tracking and replenishment.
Support coordination with internal departments and external parties when required.
Assist in maintaining proper filing systems to ensure documents are accurate, up to date, and confidential.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters, and documents).
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
