Job Description

1. To handle projects from concept, design development and construction stage. 2. To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal, colour scheme and prepare fit out costing to clients. 3. Liaise with contractors and carpenters on project progress & development, amendment, and other necessary arrangement 4. Produce technical layout plan, detailed drawings, and 2D/3D drawings. 5. Materials selection & sourcing of suppliers. 6. Preparing working drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, furnishing and fixtures 7. To understand and able to transfer design ideas into detail drawings for construction 8. Attend project / site meetings with sub-con and client. 9. To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time
