Job Description
Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 - Assistant Quantity Surveyor Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying Requirements :
- Able to commute (preferably with own transportation)
- Fast learner & able to multitask
- Able to speak & write fluently in B.Melayu & English
- Energetic, self motivated & a strong team player
- Able to work under pressure & independently with minimal supervision
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and other related documentation
- Manage, monitor and coordinate all works related (ie. taking off for BQ, price analysis, cost estimation, budgetary control & reporting)
- Liaise with clients and other construction professionals (ie. site manager, project manager, project coordinator) to ensure the work runs smoothly
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position
- Track changes of the design (if applicable) of construction works and to adjust budget projections accordingly
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
