Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying Requirements :

Responsibilities / Job Scope :

Prepare tender documents, contracts, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and other related documentation
Manage, monitor and coordinate all works related (ie. taking off for BQ, price analysis, cost estimation, budgetary control & reporting)
Liaise with clients and other construction professionals (ie. site manager, project manager, project coordinator) to ensure the work runs smoothly
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position
Track changes of the design (if applicable) of construction works and to adjust budget projections accordingly
