About the role

Negeri Roadstone Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil Engineering Protege to join our dynamic team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Protege, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and support in a full-time, permanent role within our Civil/Structural Engineering division.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project objectives are met Conduct site visits, collect data, and perform analysis to support engineering decision-making Assist on preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation as required Assist with quantity surveying tasks, including cost estimating, procurement, and contract administration Participate in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and standards

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with engineering design software and construction management tools Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
