Responsibilities: Assist to preparing correspondence letters and/or emails Assist to prepare authority submission forms and documents (for online and hard copy submission) and to to ensure successful application Assisting architect whenever necessary, in liaison with authorities body to follow-up for approval and correspondence Assisting prepare conceptual presentation & technical drawing etc Assist to chase and follow-up with any Authority related in order to get submission approval in minimum time frame Prepare master plan design report. Assist produce submission drawing and liaise with the local authority. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment Possess own transport High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
