Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to preparing correspondence letters and/or emails \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare authority submission forms and documents (for online and hard copy submission) and to to ensure successful application \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting architect whenever necessary, in liaison with authorities body to follow-up for approval and correspondence \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting prepare conceptual presentation & technical drawing etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to chase and follow-up with any Authority related in order to get submission approval in minimum time frame \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare master plan design report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist produce submission drawing and liaise with the local authority.
