- Assist to preparing correspondence letters and/or emails
- Assist to prepare authority submission forms and documents (for online and hard copy submission) and to to ensure successful application
- Assisting architect whenever necessary, in liaison with authorities body to follow-up for approval and correspondence
- Assisting prepare conceptual presentation & technical drawing etc
- Assist to chase and follow-up with any Authority related in order to get submission approval in minimum time frame
- Prepare master plan design report.
- Assist produce submission drawing and liaise with the local authority.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
- Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
- Possess own transport
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Preferably those can start work immediately
- Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
