: Penang (2), Ipoh (2), Central (2), Melaka (2), Johor (2), Sabah (2), Sarawak (2) This position reports to the Customer Engagement Platform Lead. As a Protege, you should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated scope of work to provide operational and project management support to plan, manage, and execute the Pfizer brands messaging to Health Care Providers. Act as interface with Health Care Providers (HCPs) via on-site or virtual support Apply a project management approach to the specific requirements of projects given Alignment with internal & external stakeholders to meet the overall direction of the project Ensure customers are directed to appropriate channels in response to enquiries and requests in a timely manner Plans, manages and supports medicines/vaccine activities in the area to raise awareness to HCPs Anticipates, mitigates, and manages the risks to customers in the assigned area Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels) Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc. Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science or Business background A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn A team player with excellent interpersonal skills A self-motivated and industrious achiever Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Well-organized with the ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands #LI-PFE Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Sales#LI-PFE
