Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and compile tender documents including drawings, specifications and work programmes.
Assist in the sourcing of subcontractors for tender participation, pre-qualification and tender list recommendation including sending out enquiries for quotation.
Conducting measurement on drawings and preparing bills of quantities.
Update and monitor changes in drawing measurement and design work.
Conduct joint site valuation and measurement of work done including variation works.
