Job Details:
Position : Sales Admin Associate
Company Background : Healthcare
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Location : KL Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : RM2,000 monthly allowance + any work-related allowance, insurance , EPF & SOSCO.
Intake Date : 1st January 2024

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree. Fresh graduate encourage to apply
• 1-2 years working experience in Healthcare Industry;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
• High level of telephone and customer care skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to multitask and resourceful
• Able to stay late to support tender compilation as and when required

JOB TASK :

• Acting as a information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy
• Support Sales Managers with tender process & compile tender documents.
• Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.
• Support Sales with Customer sponsorship ensuring correct details and travel plans are maintained for all personnel involved.
• Support Sales & Marketing on event/road show.
• Administration works
• Liaise with Customers where necessary to support sales activity.
