1. Design and planning of all Periodic Maintenance Work 2. Ensuring that Periodic Maintenance Works are carried out in accordance with the design and specifications 3. Controlling and assuring the quality of all the Periodic Maintenance Work 4. Ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of the company computer system 5. Liaising with the clients and a variety of professional including JKR and subcontractors 6. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements 7. Ensuring project run smoothly and structure are completed within budget and on time 8. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures 9. Resolving design and development problems 10. Others as directed by the General Manager
