Position Available:
Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Trainee - Lease Admin (for shopping mall)
Duration: 12 months (with possible employment)
Location: HQ @ Weststar Tower

Qualifications:
  • Candidate MUST possess Bachelor\'s Degree related to property management, and real estate are encouraged to apply or have 2-3 years of experience in mall lease admin.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.

Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent English, and Mandarin communications skill.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports, and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices


Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 5.30 pm)
