Position Available:Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Trainee - Lease Admin (for shopping mall) Duration: 12 months (with possible employment) Location: HQ @ Weststar Tower
Qualifications:
Candidate MUST possess Bachelor\'s Degree related to property management, and real estate are encouraged to apply or have 2-3 years of experience in mall lease admin.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent English, and Mandarin communications skill.
Responsibilities:
Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed.
Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports, and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 5.30 pm)
