Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Trainee - Lease Admin (For Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports, and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices.


Skills And Experience Required:
  • Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 - Ready To Work Program (RTW).
  • 12-month contract basis (with possible employment).
  • Degree holder only (with related field).
  • Preferably in property management, real estate, or related are encouraged to apply or have 2-3 years of experience in mall lease admin.
  • Placement at HQ / Project Site (Ampang, Selangor).
  • Strong administrative skills and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent English, and Mandarin communications skill.


Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday working hours (9 am - 5.30 pm).
