Purpose of the position This position will be responsible for providing administrative, project management, scientific and content development support for Singapore Medical Affairs department During the program/recruitment, the intern will have first-hand exposure and gather experience to activities of MA function for 6 months and by the end, this candidate can explore future career options in pharmaceutical, or related, industry in roles such as: MSL, MA, project manager and/or medical writer. Responsibilities Scientific activities: Literature searches and summaries based on agreed search criteria Localisation of regional medical affairs content Ad hoc data checking of scientific materials Creation of de novo scientific content, as required Requests to support with activities as needed for the successful execution of medical affairs activities by the team, including, but not limited to, setting up internal calls, collecting and collating materials, attendance at internal meetings and active contribution as appropriate Administrative/ project management: Summaries and follow up on internal cross-functional meetings Veeva PromoMats actions and tracking Assist with day-to-day operations Any other duties and MA projects assigned Requirements Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree or above in the Life Sciences. Good interpersonal skills. Honest, ethnical and dependable. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office Application. Fluent in spoken and written English. Multi-tasking and willing to support multiple level of employee.
