Job Description

1.01: Lead the site operation team at district office in carrying out routine periodic maintenance works.
1.02: Assist Manager in planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring the level of resources and performances of sub-contractors to meet the planned schedule or works.
1.03: Provide technical assistant to the State Manager and Area Manager as required.
1.04: Ensure all works by the project construction team and sub-contractors are complied with JKR Specification and company QAQC manual and procedures.
1.05: Manage claim submission and certification for all works done by contractor.
1.06: Prepared all documents required for submission of Claim Documents to Clients.
1.06: Represent the company in regular special meetings with management, clients and sub-contractors.
1.07: Liaise closely and establish good rapport with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and third party involved.
1.08: Administer and supervise daily operation of District office to meet company policy & procedure.
1.09: To ensure company assets are in good condition.
1.10: To ensure effective implementation of all Operation Department in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.
1.11: Any others related task that may assigned by superior.

Training package

• 12 months on the job training including skill training
• RM2000 monthly allowance with benefits of annual leave, medical leave, SOCSO and EIS.
• Placement : Pejabat Client (JKR Penang)

The principle activities of the company are in road maintenance, rehabilitation, upgrading as well as new construction. The strength of the company lies in its ability to carry out project on a turnkey basis. The company has completed several road maintenance projects in Kedah. It began operating in 2014 with the maintenance of the Kedah state roads, under the supervision of JKR Kedah. In 2017, it was awarded a 10-years maintenance contract of Federal Roads in Upper Northern Region (Kedah, Perlis and Penang) under the supervision of JKR.

The scope of work includes pavement rehabilitation, upgrading of federal roads and upgrading road infrastructure such as drainage and culverts.

In additional to the conventional mill and pave and reconstruction techniques, THB Maintenance possesses knowledge and capability in carrying out environmental friendly and cost effective pavement rehabilitation techniques such as Cold-in Place Recycling Technology (CIPR) and Hot-in Place Recycling (HIPR) technologies.
