The principle activities of the company are in road maintenance, rehabilitation, upgrading as well as new construction. The strength of the company lies in its ability to carry out project on a turnkey basis. The company has completed several road maintenance projects in Kedah. It began operating in 2014 with the maintenance of the Kedah state roads, under the supervision of JKR Kedah. In 2017, it was awarded a 10-years maintenance contract of Federal Roads in Upper Northern Region (Kedah, Perlis and Penang) under the supervision of JKR. The scope of work includes pavement rehabilitation, upgrading of federal roads and upgrading road infrastructure such as drainage and culverts. In additional to the conventional mill and pave and reconstruction techniques, THB Maintenance possesses knowledge and capability in carrying out environmental friendly and cost effective pavement rehabilitation techniques such as Cold-in Place Recycling Technology (CIPR) and Hot-in Place Recycling (HIPR) technologies.
