- Participate in the company's strategic planning
- Assist in the management and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
- Engage in on-the-job training across different departments as required by Head of Departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
- Provide support to management and other department members as required.
- Offer administrative support, including preparing documents and reports, updating records, data entry, and other related tasks.
Pre-requisites
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Physics, Business Administrative or or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English, with a minimum requirement of MUET Band 3.
- Candidates must have own transport and be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
