Role Overview: As the Takaful Advisor, you will be responsible to provides advice and guidance on takaful products and services to customers. Takaful is a form of Islamic insurance that is based on the principle of mutual cooperation and protection. You need to comply with the Takaful Operational Framework issued by Bank Negara Malaysia, which sets out the requirements and standards for takaful operators. Key Responsibilities: To consult public about life protection awareness, perform sales and marketing to promote life/medical protection, provide need-based selling and information about takaful benefits, assist client to process any claims and enquiries. To provide professional advice and guidance on takaful products and services to customers. To identify customers\' needs and recommend suitable takaful solutions. To build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. To achieve sales targets and performance standards. To comply with the Takaful Operational Framework issued by Bank Negara Malaysia, which sets out the requirements and standards for takaful operators. To adhere to the Shariah principles and guidelines approved by the Shariah Committee of the takaful operator. Requirement: Malaysian citizen aged 21 years and above. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary education: SPM/STPM, Diploma/Degree in any field. Have a strong interest in takaful and financial planning. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Malay and English. Have a positive attitude and high integrity. Clear from CTOS & CCRIS (current). Possess own transport and valid driving license. Benefits: Unlimited Income based on performance and commission. Basic salary from RM3,000 to RM5,000 per month (T&C apply).
