Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role (some days in-person in Shah Alam and some days remote) for a Senior AIA Life & Takaful Advisor at Al-Hayya Associates. The role requires the Advisor to provide financial needs-based advisory services on our Takaful products. You will need to provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with your clients. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent qualifications Proficient in English and Malay (verbal and written communication) Preferably has experience in sales in the Takaful/Insurance industry Has a passion for financial consultancy while adhering to Islamic values and ethics Able to work independently and in a dynamic team environment Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
