i. To enforce the implementation of Quality Policy in the Department as Laid down by management in the academic are. ii. Assist the Dean in implementing the University College policies iii. Optimize academic resources to achieve high standards of quality iv. Coordinates the academic activities like student posting, teaching schedules, (earning materials, etc. v. Monitor students\' academic performance vi. Liaises between full time and part-time faculty members as applicable vii. Conduct regular meetings within the Department and maintain a record of these meetings viii. Any other responsibilities that may be required as and when the need arise
