Provide timely admin support to wider HR group by publishing reports, managing transactional aspects of the employment life cycle (from Onboarding to Offboarding). Support day-to-day HRIS operations including system setup/customization and HRIS issue resolution. Create training materials, user guides, job aids, reference documents, and conduct system training to system users. Facilitate HRIS process walkthroughs/workshops to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. Support configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams for internal projects. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in any field. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in the recruitment and selection. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR Information Systems Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing.
