A leading shared service centre is looking for a talented candidate for a PTP Senior Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) job in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this job, you will handle all PTP-related matters. About the PTP Senior Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all PTP-related matters. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process specialists in their team to deliver the processes for all in scope countries and review their outputs to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with the Regional Transaction Lead and other key business stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships with other hubs and centres
  • Address and resolve escalations from the countries in a timely basis
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing and reporting of customer and supplier related transactions
To succeed in this PTP Senior Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) role, you must have the ability in handling PTP related tasks and a strong understanding of PTP function. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years\' working experience in the PTP function, SSC will be preferred
  • Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications an added advantage
  • Partial fluency in other languages (Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese) is an added advantage
  • Experience in ERP system - Oracle will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
