PUBG Mobile Esports Manager

Location:

Menara One Sentrum, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary Range:

MYR 4,000 - 7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

PUBG Mobile esports operations

in Malaysia, including tournament planning, team coordination, and event execution. Build, manage, and engage

local gaming and esports communities

to strengthen PUBG Mobile's ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure

smooth tournament workflows

, including registration, scheduling, and player management. Develop and implement

marketing and community engagement strategies

to drive audience growth and player participation. Liaise with production, broadcast, and creative teams to deliver

high-quality esports events

and livestreams. Track KPIs and prepare regular

reports and performance reviews

on tournaments, community initiatives, and partnerships. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure

timely and efficient project delivery

under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

in a relevant field.

3-5 years of experience

in

esports management, tournament operations, or event marketing

(mobile gaming experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to

build and manage esports communities

and partnerships. Deep understanding of

Malaysia's gaming scene and esports ecosystem

, particularly

battle royale

titles. Excellent

project management, organization, and communication

skills. Fluent in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

; proficiency in

Chinese

is an advantage. Strong leadership with the ability to

manage cross-functional teams

and perform well under pressure.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with

livestreaming platforms

such as OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok Live, or YouTube Live. Experience with
