Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Public/Corporate/Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • A communicator who works well independently
  • Experience in crisis management and strategic problem-solving.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:_
  • Planning and developing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and brand positioning
  • Developing crisis communication plans and strategies to handle potential crises or emergencies effectively. Acting as a spokesperson for the company during crises to manage and mitigate negative publicity when necessary.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists to promote positive coverage of the company.
  • Responding to media inquiries and arranging interviews or press conferences when necessary.
  • Managing external communication channels such as press releases, media relations, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging across all external communications.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the organization to ensure all employees are informed about company policies, initiatives, and updates by drafting newsletters, organizing town hall meetings.
  • Contributing to brand management efforts by ensuring that all communication materials and activities reflect the company\'s brand values and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate corporate messaging into marketing campaigns.
  • Use different channels to optimize the campaign\'s reach and success
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s products, services, and achievements- Writing and editing various types of content including press releases, articles, speeches, blog posts, and social media posts
  • Planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, or seminars- managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that events are aligned with the company\'s communication goals.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and community leaders. Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged through effective communication.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Measure the performance of each activity and event.
