About the Role We are looking for a public relations consultant who can hit the ground running managing our fast-growing client base in Singapore while working in Malaysia. We also expect a strong self-starter who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. What A Day Looks Like @ Elliot Assist Account Leads in the workflow and is responsible for campaign implementation for Singapore clients Spearheading both traditional PR and social media projects Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task while managing multiple Singapore PR accounts/campaigns Develop public relations & marketing strategies to help achieve clients\' objectives Manage client relationships and offer timely strategic counsel and advice to clients Ability to front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly Ensures high level of quality control to deliver error-free output on time Organizes, generates and disseminates reports (work-in-progress / contact reports / budgetary), billing and cost estimates Building relationships with key media contacts from Singapore Capable of writing media materials (press releases, company backgrounders, spokesperson biographies, etc.) Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders Writing and pitching stories, interactions and engagements to key media personnel You Will Love This Job If: You enjoy creating a team culture as a pioneer member of the team You want to have an intimate knowledge of how companies can scale You want to have a clear growth progression in any team you are part of You enjoy the rough and tumble of agency work and managing client expectations You are a strategic thinker who is process-driven, yet creative You desire to work in an intellectually stimulating environment that challenges you You enjoy multitasking and managing time-sensitive projects concurrently You enjoy writing creative content You want your voice to be heard and influence the strategy of Elliot\'s growth journey Other Head Turning Criteria: Malaysians only You have at least 4 years or above of experience in Public Relations or related communications experience Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with, and adapt to, different communication styles at all levels You have strong research skills and thorough in your approach Capable of managing multiple projects/events simultaneously under set deadlines Have personally handled PR accounts in your previous work experience preferably Singapore You are able to cope well under pressure You have a positive attitude, are keen to learn Able to demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience and grit *This position will be based in our Malaysia office
