Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Public Relations Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of public relations initiatives for our fintech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies that enhance our company\'s reputation and visibility within the fintech and financial services sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to build and maintain a positive public image of the company.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key messages to external and internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Proactively seek opportunities for media coverage and secure placements in print, broadcast, and online media outlets.
• Manage and respond to media inquiries and interview requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential issues.
• Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and senior management teams to align PR strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare executives and spokespersons for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and activities.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Public Relations Manager or similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of media relations, including established relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Proficiency in PR software and tools, including media monitoring and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and industry trends within fintech and financial services.
