Public Relations (PR) Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations (PR) Managers/Executive to manage the relationships between a school and external parties. You will be the one to project the \xe2\x80\x9cface\xe2\x80\x9d of the school and will be instrumental in enhancing its popularity and trustworthiness. An excellent PR Manager/Executive is, above all, an exceptional communicator. They possess creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audience. The goal is to build a strong communications network around the school that will ensure good relationship with the general public and rising awareness of the school and its brand. Responsibilities 1. Devise creative public relations strategies that fit school profile 2. Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics 3. Organize and coordinate PR activities to create branding awareness 4. Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximisze school exposure 5. Liaise with various departments to ensure consistency in promoting school image and reputation 6. Analyse results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports 7. Manage PR department staff including PR Executives, Graphic Designers and Videographers. Requirements: 1. A minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mass Communication or any related field. Master\'s Degree preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Education Industry, particularly in International School will be an added advantage. 3. Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage. 4. A proven track record of successful PR campaigns with a full understanding of media needs and media relationships. 5. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills 6. Outstanding organizational and time management skills 7. Aptitude in presentation and public speaking 8. Attention to details
