For more information, please visit About the rol e We are looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations (PR) Senior Executive to join our Public Relations team and help us protect, defend and enhance the reputation of foodpanda. You will support in the execution of PR activities while providing creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties which will be crucial in the smooth execution of campaigns and activities. As a PR Senior Executive, you will collaborate with all departments, business units and verticals in all stages of campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our PR channels. This position will help you acquire PR skills that will provide you with the knowledge of various PR, public affairs and marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain a broad experience in PR, public affairs, marketing and even crisis management. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Public Relations. What will you be doing Supporting the public relations team in daily administrative tasks Assist with daily monitoring across all channels using monitoring tools and analytics Managing and updating the media database, maintaining a cordial relationship with the media, reaching out to journalists for event invitation and press release pick-up Assist HOD in crafting content including press releases, blog posts, management talking points and slide presentations Assist HOD in supporting and executing PR plans, campaigns across the various verticals and business units of the Company Monitoring performance of PR activities and sharing reports to the management and regional teams Assist HOD in reputation management, to promote and protect the foodpanda brand Who are we looking for Minimum 3 years working experience in the fields of Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or similar. Highly skilled in writing in English. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be advantageous. Able to take initiative and to work independently and within a team Resourceful problem-solving skills A quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity Positive attitude with good communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent knowledge of Google Suite Passion for the PR/marketing industry and its best practices Strong desire to learn along with professional drive Lover of food is a must!
