  • Create purchase orders from requisition.
  • Data entry and filing paperwork
  • Obtain price quote from multiple suppliers
  • Run reports to help determine needs
  • Prepare purchase order and bid requests
  • Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered, and price are correct.
  • Maintains procument record such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
  • Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, user, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
  • Processes receipts and invoices for payment.
  • Expedites delivery of goods to user
  • Obtain subcon quotation and manage and monitor sub out job.
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (Required)
