Job Objectives Ordering of material. Maintain quality supplier, reasonable price & delivery on time from supplier. Roles and Responsibilities To obtain the quality parts at the lowest or reasonable price. To Perform supplier sourcing, negotiation on best price and PO preparation. To prepare and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Maintains documents /records of purchases and related matters. Performs related job duties as required. Authority / Accountabilities To ensure all Purchasing Requisition (PR) meet deadlines. To prepare purchase order in accordance with company policies & procedures. To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of purchasing documentation flows. Requirements Education/Experience: Certificate or Diploma and above with at least 5 years related Purchasing role experience. Computer Literate. Fast leaner and good responsibility on works. Skills/Training: ERP Software Purchasing negation skill
