Job Description
- This role is responsible to manage purchase order, supplier performance, order fulfillment, and delivery of raw materials for production.
- Create Purchase Order (PO)
- Maintenance of Material Master for purchasing data
- To enforce supplier performance tracking
- Improve supplier delivery performance and reduce lead time
- Central contact person for assigned suppliers related to the order quantity, order acknowledgement, confirmation of delivery, pull in/push out deliveries, non-conformance recovery etc.
- Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Business/or related studies.
- 2-3 years of working experience as a direct buyer.
- Well versed in buying & supply chain management
- Solid experience in using SAP system.
- Attention to detail and good in following up.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
