Our Client Provides Total Facilities Solutions from Engineering, Procurement, Construction Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (EPCQV) Services for Clean Room, HVAC, Industrial M&E and Process Utilities

Remuneration: Basic + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Provides assistance in enquiring and obtaining quotation for construction materials/equipment/services.

Reviews and seek new/potential suppliers of materials.

Assists in dealing with suppliers for all relevant issues including product quality, delivery, pricing, etc.

Coordinates with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials/equipment/services.

Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required.

Provides general assistance in maintaining filing and tracking of office documentation.

Supports the team/department\'s effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support to the team and its clients.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Paper in Business Administration or relevant field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, team player and good personality
• Proficient in the use Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work for 5.5 days.
