Handling reporting to both internally and externally on weekly, monthly and quarterly manner inclusive of adhoc reporting if required.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparation of agenda and minutes of meeting/notes taking.
General administration and secretarial functions (eg: claims, bill payments, budgeting, filing and documentation etc).
Preparation of correspondences and composing official letters.
Coordinate and respond timely to internal and external queries pertaining to sales, operation and accounting matters
Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
Monitoring working reports of team member.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
