Purchasing Assistant (3 Month Contract)

Job Description

Carries out all necessary purchasing & procurement activities

Product sourcing and participates in the selection of suppliers

Review and evaluates performance of suppliers

Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices

Ensure timely delivery of quality products at lowest possible prices

Handle & coordinate import shipments

Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time.

Requirement: -



Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing & Procurement

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practice (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers

Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker

Hands-on experience with Autocount Software is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
