Assist Procurement Manager on managing day to day procurement process as well as all procurement activities.
Handle administrative duties relating to purchases, including monitor and track orders to make sure item timely delivery, and ensuring records are kept up to date.
Track all import schedule and verify that all import documents are complete and correct.
Track incoming orders of goods and invoices and take necessary actions if required.
Ensure that all procurement documents updated into system from time to time.
Manage, monitor and maintain stock inventory.
To prepare monthly Tax Exempted Stocks reports and make sure it\xe2\x80\x99s maintained.
To handle day-to-day purchasing administration work.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in business or course related.
Computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing.
Able to communicate and written of English & Malay.
