Job Summary
Sourcing and maintain suppliers listings for construction goods, materials and equipment's.
Engage in negotiate terms & conditions on pricing and discounts for quantities ordered.
Check on delivery goods, correct quality and quantity ordered.
Issue PO and checking on DO and Invoices upon receivals of materials.
Monitor delivery schedules and logistic arrangement for the order goods.
Complete payment recommendations and data entry into system.
Monitor materials safe level and next ordering initiations.
Compile technical information about products and materials (test) to customers.
Any other tasks assigned by Managements.
Requirements
SPM or Cert in Business or equivalents.
Familiar with construction industry.
Some knowledge on negotiation with suppliers.
Can start with short notice period.
Based at Kajang Sentral
