Requirements
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Required to work during weekend and Public holidays
• 6 days' work per week according to the shift roster.
• Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is customer-oriented.
• We are in a duty-free business selling liquor, wine, chocolate.

Schedule (2 Shifts):

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Attendance bonus

Job description

This includes organising social networking events to connect with other customers who share similar interests and running events where experts share their knowledge on drinks and food pairings. With 1000+ liquor brands and 2500+ brands in all categories, which also includes tobacco, chocolate, perfume, cosmetics, and skincare, we have the highest number of brands in the entire Malaysian Duty-Free Industry.
ACCOUNTABILITY

• Provide excellent customer service, which included warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handling customer complaints and provide professional recommendations.
• Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising, and perform daily stock count
• Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to company policies.
• Ensure customers are well-informed on any current promotion, rewards programs, activities and store return and customs policies.
• Handle cashier work if necessary
• Propose a stock transfer item and quantity for every SKU
