Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the procurement or purchasing of materials to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all invoices are matched with the purchase order and delivery.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in purchasing. inventory, material management or equivalent.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented.
Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
