Job Description


Job scope 1. Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations and issuing of purchase order to vendors. 2. Monitor the delivery date committed by suppliers / vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods. 3. Check & verify received goods, key in Supplier invoice to accounting software. 4. Coordinate with Salesperson for customer requirement & delivery schedule. Requirements 1. Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Electrical, or equivalent) 3. Good communication skill. Internship period: 1/6/2024 - 30/8/2024 (3 months) Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm (Lunch break 1 hour) Working Day: Monday - Friday
