Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare & process PO to overseas & local supplier according to order requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate, coordinate and follow up with suppliers related to our orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check & tally shipping docs vs PO. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate import shipment with forwarder & warehouse regarding clearance of containers within the time frame so as to avoid charges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Goods Received in system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper filing on all documents (COA, permit, DO, shipping docs, invoice & etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Feedback, submit and follow up on insurance claim if any damage cargo. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform stock transfer from 1 warehouse to another. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check freight cost from DHI/FedEx when there is new enquiry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform stock take when require. \xe2\x80\xa2 Source & negotiate with supplier for ad hoc item. \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake any other adhoc assignment or duties assign by superior when required. Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with using SAP system will be added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a face-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle large volume of work
