Purchasing Assistant
Job Description
- At least 1 year experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) function, preferably with inventory management skills, custom and import permit application as well as experienced in importing goods and materials from oversea market. - Experience in sourcing and importing materials from oversea market (Asia Region) - Knowledge in incoterm in a must - Proficiency in the P2P software; SAP S/4HANA - Tech savvy in Microsoft Office suites and etc - Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills - Good organizational and planning skills - Ability to identify market trends and make decision in tight schedule
