JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible in handling a full spectrum of purchasing activities and is also responsiblefor the administrating, handling, control, and disposal arrangements of inventoriesespecially focusing on over stock and stagnant stock and other related task which maybe assigned to her from time to time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle full spectrum of Purchasing role and responsibilities.
• To prepare inventory report regarding over stock and stagnant stock for management reporting as well as preparing disposal progress report regarding items and schedule for disposal.
• Prepare end-month closing for over stock and stagnant stock.
• Indirect Purchase Control & Document Control.
• Other ad-hoc tasks required to be performed by Purchasing Department from time to time as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Should possess Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration/Business
• Studies/Warehousing and Inventory Control/Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent.
• Should have at least one (1) year working experience in manufacturing environment especially in either inventory management and/or purchasing.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
• On the job training will be provided to successful candidate.
