Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel.
  • Great written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Candidates MUST fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator in Retail industry or similar role.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Kampung Baru,Sungai Buloh.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the superior in daily purchasing operations.
  • To compile monthly data & report for all purchases and stocks.
  • To assist superior analyze and liaise with related department by working and planning necessary stock items to avoid shortage or over stock
  • To undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time
