Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least S PM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ S T P M /"A" Level/ P re -U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with clients or suppliers.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferred
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL

Responsibilities

• Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventory etc.
• Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost;
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements;
• Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements, and control stock levels;
• Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls, WhatsApp and email;
• Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions;
• Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures;
• Planning and directing daily operations;
• Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and required.
