Job Description

Assist the Executive with all purchasing tasks. This includes buying household items, maintenance supplies and other material to support daily operation.

Responsibilities:



Communicate with supplier to request quotation, confirm order and arrange deliveries. Source new suppliers to get better prices, quality and service Prepare purchase order, follow up on delivery status and ensure goods are received in good condition and on time. Keep records of all purchases, supplier detail and stock levels. Work closely with the operations team to understand property needs and arrange timely purchases for each unit. Help control costs by comparing prices and suggesting more efficient purchasing options. Ensure all purchased items meet the company's quality standards. Support the Executive or operational tasks as required.

Requirements:



SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and negotiation skills. Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask. Basic knowledge of Airbnb or property management is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
