Job Description


Assist to perform daily data proceeding, prepare purchasing related information. E.g., issue purchase order (PO). Prepare PO and ensure PO being received by suppliers and able to follow up with suppliers. Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation. Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery. Provide administrative support including photocopy, matching invoices etc. Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management. , Candidate from Business Administrative and equivalent background. Required computing skills: Microsoft Excel, Words. Positive attitude, willing to learn and responsible. Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
